A preview of the gaming room.
The coloured cones highlight tables looking for teachers, players, or teachers without players.
The booking sheets let you reserve a table for a particular time, and there are also tournament and event signup sheets.
I thought I'd share here to show how we set up the board gaming room at Swancon 40 this year. Rob Masters and myself were the boardgaming programmers, and we had this room and generous use of the room next door for board game related panels - like The History of Australian Board Gaming, and the Science of Board Gaming. We also had volunteers from the community and from the Western Australian Boardgaming Association teaching programmed games throughout the convention.
