Mr Hopkins, from the British Museum turns up at Harry the Fixers about 30 minutes after the messenger. He has a question for Mr Fixer.
Good morning Michael, Yes, I did. I was just about to send a note to Fingolfin's house to see if Master Kuval was accompanying him, and another to Oxford station to be passed to him on his arrival. I think he should enquire as to the identity of the third. We may have to divide our attentions.
Please, yes, we need to find that third pillar so that we aren't blindsided. Lord Fingolfin has asked me to go to Oxford to assist him but I wanted t be sure we had this end covered.
He has likewise called upon my aid. I think it would be wise for at least one of us to remain, ready to be deployed to defend the third, if they can be identified.
I am hoping that the professor at Oxford is not a red herring.
I agree, you are by far more effective in a conflict. Master Kuval could be a valuable asset in such a situation, too. If he has not already departed, he could accompany you.
Good morning Harry. Sorry to disturb you this early but I have a note from Lord Fingolfin. Did you receive one as well?

What are your thoughts? Oh, and tea?

Do you have any preference to go or stay? You probably have more contacts than I do. I'm more the shock cavalry.

ReplyDeleteIs shall check in at Lord Fingolfin's house on my way to the station. But let me enjoy this tea first.
ReplyDeleteVery good - I will dispense with that note, in that case.
