Summer Silhouettes
Summer Silhouettes
A hot summer's day by the beach, red sky as the sun sets behind the playground shades. Caught my eye as I was walking back from photographing the sun going down over the sea.

Id rather be there than here; snow and rain. Yuk.
ReplyDeleteDuncan Flint , be careful what you wish for - two weeks over 35C now...
ReplyDeleteIain Harley Thank you very much! We get very red skies in summer on the west coast of Australia. Duncan Flint It's really, really hot here...are you sure? I've never seen snow, it seems really attractive to me right now :-)
ReplyDeleteI was originally going to use one of the sun going down over the sea shot but I was looking at the rushes and this had a lot more visual impact.
ReplyDelete"Proper" snow is nice if you have the right shoes,.warm clothes etc. Its when it mixes with rain and you get piles of half melted snow/mud (slush) that it's horrible. Actually, I think ill take our weather, I wasnt built for heat!
