Where can I swim with my monofin?

Where can I swim with my monofin? In Perth, I'm told Claremont Aquatic Centre has no restrictions. You might get some luck at the Aquamotions too! I swim at Scarborough beach pool. But to swim there you have to first arrange to have a swim test which is swimming 50 metres without touching the bottom. Once you get signed off on that, you're then required to book a lane. If you're in the Scarborough area perhaps we can share a lane!
