A trivial pursuit game by the looks of it. I suspect all the answers have a North american bias. The little boats look nice though. There's been a bunch of attempts at designing a yacht racing game. They are pretty hard to model. I remember one that had little caterpillar tracks with numbers on them in the boat even..
From the samples I've seen, the bias is for deep-water long-distance racing more than anything. And there is a bit more to it than the trivia, as even a wrong answer gives you some maneuvering options that can be tactically useful. In fact, in some cases, it may be of benefit to throw an answer to get access to those tactical actions!
