So I'm looking up about sneezing and one of the things I learned is that the pressure involved in a sneeze is up to 176mmHg IF you are closing your nose. Enough to cause damage to things like your hearing and your eyes, and even caused a woman with osteoporosis to break her nose.  

So grab a tissue by all means but don't close your nose!

  4. Overpressure from supressing a cough is even worse. But, once established, it is really hard to repress the blocking reflex and allow your friends and coworkers to bathe freely in the spray.

  5. you can put your back back in too.Have  had that happen many times, stiff back sneeze crack all good.
