Now, this is a nicely built, beautifully finished game. And I love the box art! Baba Yaga! Really good reviews, recommendations for family play, a very solid rule set and just plain great design and look have me backing it. In fact, in a very rare event, I believe I'll be downloading the free print and play version and playing it long before my package arrives. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1227872561/cauldron-a-board-game-of-competitive-alchemy/comments

Yes it is. Just got done chatting with Artem Safarov about it. Look for the episode to be up next Friday :)
ReplyDeleteAlicia, thank you so much not only for your support but for sharing it here.
ReplyDeleteWe tried to make sure that many different cultures are represented in the game and being able to include Baba Yaga from the traditional Russian folklore was great! (we actually had users vote on which characters would appear on the cover and the Witch just barely beat out the Druid)
We look forward to continuing the campaign strong and getting the game on your table quickly and efficiently.
My pleasure, Artem Safarov It's a pleasure to see the love and care you have put into this game. The two characters on the cover are such beautiful opposites it's hard to see how it could be any other way!
