Because Garry said it didn't take itself seriously, Rob and I are going to see Hercules tonight at the drive in. We'll try to be in the usual spot to the right of the projection booth.

  1. Garry was right, what a fun movie! Best of all, it gave me no reason to sputter with indignation all the  way through like I did all the way through Thor. One mild sputter but that was because of an anachronism, I saw a stirrup, but I think I wasn't meant to...

my boys about the greek obsession of dying the heroic death but they didn't really get it.

  3. Choosing between a heroic but very short life and everlasting fame or a long life and obscurity... guess what your typical Greek proto hero boy would choose?

  4. Don't get me started on thor dc . thorxman is beginning to annoy me a lot.
And The new dc Thor is female as well.
Okay for a comic book but totally wrong for me. If they can't invent a popular super heroine without using a prop like that then they can't do a female character at all.
