Department of Commerce tells us about some refinements the scammers are using. For example, if you said you were using a Mac, they may ring back pretending to be from Apple. I wonder if they'll ring back saying they're from "Linux". :-) Also they are of the opinion that you should hang up straight away - don't try to string them along.
